HOW TO EDIT - Print this page for reference

IMPORTANT!!!!!!
IT IS BEST TO DO LITTLE TO NO FORMATTING SO THAT THE SITE-WIDE FORMATTING WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE.
-You SHOULD not change the font size, the font type, nor the font color.
- You should NOT use underline because on the Internet, underlined words represent hyperlinks. Use Bold or Italicize instead if you must create emphasis.
- You'll know (or at least recognize) most buttons and/or mechanisms in this editor but resist the urge to use any buttons except for Bold or Italic.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!
DO NOT COPY AND PASTE DIRECTLY FROM WORD OR AN EMAIL INTO THE PAGE!!!

- If you will be copying and pasting text from ANYWHERE ELSE - meaning if you aren't simply TYPING in new text to a page - then you need to remove the existing formatting.
- The easiest/fastest way to do that is to paste it into Notepad. Then, select it, copy it (from Notepad) and paste it into the web page.
- The easiest/fast way to open Notepad is to right click on a webpage (like this one) and choose "view source". Then, hit "Ctrl A " and then "Delete" then paste in your text from elsewhere.

To remove a link:
Highlight the text. Click the icon to insert/edit hyperlink. Remove the reference to the link from the Address box. Click "Apply".

Paragraph / Line Spacing:
ENTER is a HARD RETURN (a paragraph break) which creates the double space look.
SHIFT-ENTER is a SOFT RETURN (a line break) that puts the next line just below the one above.
